He earned multiple academic degrees, including a Master’s degree, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and External Auditor, developing a deep understanding of finance, risk, and long-term decision-making.
His entrepreneurial path began with launching his own retail and wholesale business, providing firsthand experience in building and managing sustainable income streams.
After relocating to the United Kingdom, Mario began investing in real estate in 2006, steadily gaining hands-on experience with property-backed income strategies. In 2015, he moved to the United States, where he continued expanding his understanding of real estate investing across different markets and economic cycles.
